Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Tweelo (tweelo.nl), run by 123-NL B.V., KVK 88560686. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use Tweelo

You must be 18 or older and allowed to enter into an agreement. One account per person.

Your profile

Use your own photos and real information about yourself. Do not pretend to be someone else. You remain the owner of what you upload; you allow us to show it on Tweelo for as long as your account exists.

How to behave

  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination.
  • No nudity or sexual content in photos.
  • No asking for money, no selling, no advertising and no recruiting.
  • Do not share someone's messages or photos outside Tweelo without their permission.

Moderation

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or the law, if needed without warning. If you think we made a mistake, email us.

The service

Tweelo is free to use: likes, matches and chat cost nothing. We do our best to keep it available and safe, but we cannot guarantee that you will find a match or that every user is who they say they are. We are not responsible for what happens when you meet someone. Our liability is limited to what Dutch law allows.

Tweelo Premium

Premium adds optional extras: advanced filters, incognito, undoing a skip and a weekly boost. It costs € 9,99 for 1 month or € 24,99 for 3 months, including VAT. You pay once through our payment provider Mollie; Premium does not renew automatically and you are never charged again without a new purchase.

Premium starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Before paying you ask us to start immediately and confirm that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. If Premium does not work because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend it or refund the remaining period. Deleting your account ends Premium without a refund for the remaining time.

Launch offer and inviting friends

Until 30 November 2026 every member gets Tweelo Premium for free. It ends automatically; nothing is charged and nothing renews.

You can invite friends with your personal link. A friend counts once they create a new account through your link within 7 days and finish their profile with at least 2 photos. With 3 friends you get 1 month of Premium, with 5 friends 3 months in total. Your friend gets 1 week of Premium. Rewards are added after any Premium you already have. Fake or duplicate accounts do not count, and we may remove rewards that were gained by abuse. We may end or change this offer; rewards already earned stay.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; we will tell you in the app about important changes. Dutch law applies.
